Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is considered the gold standard in psychotherapy. It’s based on the idea that your thoughts, feelings, what you do, and how your body feels, are all connected. If we change one of these, we can alter all the others.

When we’re stressed or down, we often fall into patterns of thinking and responding which can worsen how we feel. As part our work together, we’ll look at how problematic thinking styles and behaviors patterns are blocking you from your best life.

CBT is proven to help with: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, overthinking, imposter syndrome, and anger management. It is one of the most research proven approaches and in our work together, I will highly individualize the practice to help you reach your goals.
