Yes. Therapy can be beneficial for anyone. There are many different reasons people seek counseling.
Sometimes it’s to address long-term issues such as trauma, depression, or anxiety. Other times, it’s in response to life transitions such as grief or loss, career transitions, retirement, or changes in relationships. And at times, people come to therapy for support as they pursue their own personal exploration and growth.
Therapy is right for anyone who is interested in getting the most out of their life by creating greater self-awareness, challenging unhealthy patterns, taking responsibility, and working towards change.

First, schedule your complimentary 15-minute consultation.
During the call, we will get focused on where you are and where you want to go. By the time the call wraps up, we’ll be clear about what direction will be best for you, and you’ll get a better sense of who I am and what it’s like to work with me.
If we decide that we’re not a good fit, I’ll gladly offer some suggestions.
-
Our initial 15-minute consultation is free.
From there, you’ve got options for what fits session to session: 30-minute therapy session is $100, 45 minutes $150 and a 60 minutes $180.
The practice is an out of network provider. Should you want to use your insurance benefits, you can submit for reimbursement or we can help connect you with a service that will take care of it for you.
Payment is due at the time of service and is billed through Therapy Appointment. Sessions will be charged automatically to the credit card on file after the session has occurred.

I am an out of network provider for all insurance companies.
Being an out of network provider allows me to be the most flexible and confidential with your care.
If you would like to use your out of network benefits, you can submit for reimbursement, or I will be happy to connect you with an outside provider that facilitates it for you.
Please note that submitting an insurance claim means that I will need to give you a mental health diagnosis.
To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, you call your provider’s member services. Here are some helpful questions to ask your benefit team:
Do I have a mental or behavioral health policy with out of network benefits?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
How much does my insurance pay for an out of network provider?
Check reimbursement for CPT codes 90732 and 90837.
Do I have an out of network deductible?
How much of my out of network deductible has been met?
What is the start date of the calendar year my out of network policy is based on?
What is my patient responsibility (co pay) for each session?

Yes, I currently have two available client openings. I keep a very small caseload to benefit your care and my availability for clients.

Online therapy gives YOU freedom!
Here is what my clients love about it:
Convenient appointments with no commute for your busy life.
Increased privacy by seeing a therapist outside of your city/state/professional circle.
Flexibility to meet from your (parked) car or office, or home to fit your schedule.
Enhanced comfort when you log in from your own space.
Easier access to me with self-scheduling and secure messaging.
No need to travel, find childcare, or take time off work.
As long as you have a phone, tablet, or computer and internet access you are ready for online therapy.
I provide sessions via a HIPPA compliant, confidential link. To join a session, simply follow the link I send to you prior to the appointment.
Just remember to be in a private location in the state of Florida or South Carolina.

I meet with clients weekly and biweekly at minimum. This consistency maximizes the impact of the work and allows us to make legitimate progress toward your goals.
The total duration of your treatment is up to you. Some people come for a “tune up” type of experience. They only want/need a handful of sessions and feel equipped to move on. Others prefer to dive in and do deeper work, choosing to commit to longer periods of time.

My clients often don’t have a lot of “free” time, so I keep a small caseload to help make myself available.
During our initial consultation, we can talk more about what times work for you.
Whether it is a lunchtime session, a break between meetings, or an evening download, I look forward to finding a mutually agreeable time to talk.
-
Everything we talk about together will remain confidential. I am only able to share information with your written and signed permission.
I am legally obligated to break confidentiality only for the following reasons:
If I have reason to believe you may seriously harm or kill yourself, or if you tell me you intend to harm or kill yourself.
If I have reason to believe you may seriously harm or kill someone else, or if you tell me you intend to harm or kill someone else.
If you inform me of a child or vulnerable/dependent adult who is being abused
If I’m ordered by a judge to do so.
It is important to remember that I can only ensure privacy on my end of our session.
I recommend that you be located in a private and confidential space.
I do not hold sessions when a client can be overheard in a public place or with other people in the room.
